Four bank apps, three credit cards, a demat account, two insurers and a home loan — and no single place that shows the whole picture. Ekatra is that place. Connect Gmail read-only, or upload a statement, and AI reads it — extracting accounts, transactions, holdings, loans and policies. No netbanking passwords, ever.
Google sign-in · No bank credentials asked · Gmail read-only, known senders only · Exportable & deletable
Not just investments. Not just one bank. Ekatra tracks every category your financial life spans — and each one comes alive the moment you add your own data.
Net worth, cashflow, spends by category and upcoming bills — across every account, on web and mobile.
Connect Gmail read-only and your statements import themselves — no subject snooping, no forwarding, nothing to review. Accounts, cards and their rewards just show up.
Drop a PDF, CSV or Excel — bank, card, loan or insurance. AI classifies it and extracts accounts, transactions, holdings, EMIs and policies. Raw files are never stored.
Search, recategorize, add cash spends. Your edits survive statement re-uploads — corrections are never clobbered.
Mutual funds, stocks, NPS, FDs and gold in one portfolio — invested vs. current, returns and allocation.
EMIs, SIPs and subscriptions found automatically in your statements, with next-due projections. Add manual rules, mute false positives.
Category limits that carry over what's left. Planned items are auto-built from your EMIs, SIPs and bills.
Groups, equal / exact / weighted splits, settle-up recording and greedy debt simplification — Splitwise, inside your finance app.
Home, car, personal — outstanding, EMI vs. actual payment, rate and payoff progress in one view.
Term, health, motor — cover, premium and renewal dates, with reminders before a policy lapses.
Emergency fund, a trip, a phone — set a target and an ETA, and Ekatra tells you the ₹/month it actually takes.
A ranked queue of what matters now: card dues, budget overruns, spend spikes, low cash runway, goal slippage, portfolio concentration — and wins.
Chat grounded in your full snapshot — accounts, loans, goals, holdings, recurring dues, six months of history. Pause it with one switch.
Assets minus what you owe — card dues and loan outstanding pull it down automatically. Not a feel-good asset tally, the real number.
One tap exports every record as JSON. Delete your account and every row in every collection is wiped — no dark-pattern retention.
Investment trackers ignore your loans. Spend apps ignore your portfolio. Aggregators want your bank passwords. Ekatra was built the other way around — complete, credential-free, and yours.
Every credit and debit card with its limit, due amount and due date — rendered the way a card should look, not as a table row.
No forms marathon. No bank credentials. You see a working dashboard before you've added a single number.
One tap. Confirm your name, optionally add a phone. No passwords to invent, no OTP roulette.
You start with realistic sample data behind a banner — so you can explore every screen before committing anything.
Connect Gmail read-only, upload a statement PDF CSV XLSX, or add cards, holdings, policies and loans by hand. Each section switches from sample to real the moment your data lands — in any order.

Forty-five seconds of cashflow, one wallet. Salaries, coins and goals grow your net worth — late fees and impulse buys shrink it. Sound familiar?
Ekatra isn't a responsive afterthought — the desktop and mobile experiences are each designed for their form factor, from the same data.
A full command center: dashboard variants, deep transaction search, portfolio tables, budget planning side by side.
Bottom-tab navigation, thumb-first screens, the same insights and chat — built separately, not squeezed down.
The mobile surface ships as a native Android app via Capacitor, so Ekatra lives on your home screen.
Today, connect Gmail once and Ekatra fetches it for you — accounts, cards, rewards, loans, all of it. Manual entry and file uploads still cover everything else. Next: pulling live balances straight from your accounts.
LLM-parsed bank statements; full manual CRUD for transactions, cards, investments, insurance, loans, goals, budget, split and recurring.
Connect once and Ekatra scans the last six months for statements from ~90 known banks, cards, NBFCs and insurers, then imports what it finds on its own — nothing to review, nothing to approve. The classifier routes each document to the right parser, duplicates are skipped automatically, and every import stays undoable from your statement history.
Rewards, lounge access and fee-waiver perks per card, fetched by AI the moment a card is identified — from a statement automatically, or in one tap for a card you add yourself — plus a "best card to swipe" suggestion per spend category.
The “For you” engine, snapshot-grounded AI chat, and recurring-charge detection with next-due projections.
Automatic pulls of balances, transactions, holdings, insurance and loans via the AA framework. Manual entry stays as the fallback.
Auto-refreshed MF NAVs (AMFI) and stock prices, so your portfolio never goes stale between edits.
Invites, so group members see the group and add their own expenses — not just names you track.
80C headroom and regime comparison; spend history from UPI apps; scanned-statement OCR; bill-due reminders that reach you outside the app.
The summary is below; the full privacy policy and terms of use spell it out.
Uploaded files are parsed in-flight and discarded — raw statement bytes are never persisted. Only the extracted rows live in your account.
Ekatra never asks for netbanking passwords or OTPs. You sign in with Google; your bank logins stay with your bank.
The Gmail grant is read-only and searches statements from a fixed list of known financial senders — no subject-keyword snooping. The refresh token is stored AES-256-GCM encrypted, and disconnecting revokes it.
Only mail from institutions you choose is ever searched — an unlisted one is never queried, not just filtered out. Matching statements import automatically, so there's nothing to review, and any import can be undone from your statement history at any time.
One tap exports every record you own as JSON — accounts, transactions, holdings, budgets, splits, all of it.
Deleting your account erases every row in every collection. And if you'd rather the AI never read your data — pause it with one switch.
Ekatra (एकत्र) — Sanskrit for “together, in one place.” That's the whole idea.
